Blue Fern Construction completed the 4-phase construction of 6 buildings on budget for ownership group Willow Residential. As their first project in Lacey, the Blue Fern team developed a deep understanding of the jurisdiction through close preconstruction coordination with the City and utility providers. Throughout construction, the Blue Fern team led ongoing communication with the surrounding community, specifically aligning with the needs of two different neighboring home owner’s associations and various neighboring businesses.
